Hello! Canada's 2010 Women of the Year

Elizabeth Grant was recently selected as one of Hello! Canada's 2010 Women of the Year. Eight women were chosen for this honour because of their achievements that inspire others to strive for greatness.

The women that have been selected by Hello! Canada for the 2010 Women of the Year are both inspiring and outstanding. Hello! Canada considers Elizabeth Grant and her fellow honorees (including Olympic medal-winner figure skater Joannie Rochette, model and designer Coco Rocha, best selling author Annabel Lyon, 'Vampire Diaries' actress Nina Dobrev, cancer research crusader Betty Fox, jazz singer Nikki Yanofsky, and astronaut Julie Payette) to be newsmakers, innovators, influencers and laudable individuals who are making a difference in the world and excel greatly within their respective fields. Ciara Hunt, Editor-in-Chief of Hello! Canada, says that Ms. Elizabeth Grant was selected with this honour because of “her Lifetime Achievement Awards and her meteoric rise to the top.”

Make sure to pick up a copy of the April 26th, 2010 issue on newsstands now. The issue features a beautiful photo of Elizabeth and a fantastic write up. Elizabeth had a fabulous time on set with all of the girls from Hello! Canada when they did the photo shoot in North Toronto just a couple of weeks ago.

Di d you know- Elizabeth Grant Skin Care just won TWO FASHION Magazine Readers’ Choice Beauty Awards? Caviar Nourishing Mask and 24 Hour Eye Smoothing Cream won top honours in their respective categories.

This is the 4th consecutive year that Elizabeth Grant Skin Care has received a Readers’ Choice Beauty Award, and the 2nd year in a row to win in two categories.

It has been awhile, and so while we don’t want to bore you with lengthy explanations as to where we’ve been and why we’ve neglected to write, we really do want to apologize for missing in action. Torricelumn Girl is back and will be posting more exciting news on Elizabeth Grant Skin Care, beauty tips and tricks, celebrity happenings, and many other very important musings.

Yesterday was a big day for the Torricelumn Girls and Ms. Elizabeth Grant. For the last few weeks, we have been secretly working on a photo shoot for a major Canadian magazine. We can’t divulge the magazine name quite yet- but check back in 2 weeks from today. The editorial will feature Ms. Grant and, from what we saw yesterday, you can expect to see some unbelievable photos of Elizabeth in her element.
