The First Weekend Wrap Up!

Wow is all I can really say about this weekend Ladies and Gents! TIFF has gone off with a bang, and it has held up to it's reputation of being second in command in the film festival circuit to Cannes.

This weekend the Torricelumn Girl's were all over the city, from the hottest nightclub red carpets, to the red carpet premiere after parties themselves...with a few fashion shows along the way of course ( We wouldn't be the Torricelumn Girls if we didn't hit up everything right?)---the "Final" North American Valentino Show, Do I believe that? Not so much!!!

So to begin the week, of the 32nd Annual Toronto International Film Festival was the opening festivities at Ultra Supper Club dancing to the set that DJ AM was spinning..this party was beyond aammmmzzzzing...The Torricelumn girls got the VIP treatment, not only were we entertained by the tunes, but who could deny Paris Hilton being the center of Attention!

The weekend was a tough act to follow though, but thanks to the W Studio (146 Dupont St) and PeachStone Media, who were the people behind the premiere parties. Right after ALL of the red carpets people from the "Ten Producers to Watch" to the Harvey Weinstein team, hit up the W---and the Torricelumn girls didn't miss a beat in the private VIP area with the likes of Woody Harrelson, Michelle Ridriguez, Andre 3000, Jessica Alba and the one and only Charlize Theron. All of the Celebs were RAVING about their new Elizabeth Grant Skincare products, in which they couldn't get enough. One of the celeb patrons' admitted to me that without her Biocollasis Eye Cream ( http://www.elizabethgrant.com/?EC=Product&ProductID=151) from EG herself, she wouldn't be able to do any of the press in the morning....with fear of looking like she went out the night before.... she deemed it "The Miracle Cream" and it really works!!! Remember When in doubt of what to hit this week, Rosewater is ALWAYS the place to be during TIFF if you are wanting to see Celebs, as well as Century Room will be throwing a wicked party every night of the week!

The Wait is Over!

First off, let me just say how sorry I am that I have left you for so long without any EG news! But what news there is!

EG is a PROUD sponsor of TIFF..i.e the Toronto International Film Festival. Our Favorite lady, EG herself, is running around the city at all of the multiple events she is involved with, what can I say, she just couldn't decide on what parties to do..so she's involved in them all! This upcoming weekend (Sept 7-9th) EG is sponsoring the too-hot-to-miss Variety Magazine Party, The Charlize Theron Party, the Harvey Weinstein Party which are all being held at the infamous W Studio in Toronto, Ontario. The celebs have been calling to make sure they are on the GuestList, so they don't miss out at our TIFF giftbag.... and the chance to meet EG herself!!!
I will keep you posted on the who's who of the entertainment industry after the weekend!

Ocean's, Lagerfeld, and THE Festival Must-Have: Biocollasis Eye Cream

The Croisette is still jam packed with celebrities and the buzz around town is about the ‘Ocean’s 13’ premiere tonight. Some of the biggest names in the world will walk the red carpet at the Palais in just a few hours.

It’s been a couple of days since I updated you on who we have been meeting with so here is the latest scoop….

- Rosario Dawson (who is absolutely stunning by the way) came in and picked up the Biocollasis Eye Cream. This eye cream has definitely become a favourite at the festival with the long days and even longer nights!
- We went to the celebrity charity poker tournament at Palm Beach with Shannon Elizabeth and the next day she stopped into the beauty lounge as well. She loved the new Collagen Lip Treatment- which doubles as a great clear gloss!
- Yesterday we sent our friend Steven Soderbergh and his crew a few packages to welcome them to Cannes for the big premiere.
- And a few other names who have popped in over the last few days: Queen Noor, Bianca Jagger, Eli Roth (who LOVES skincare by the way- especially EG now!), Julie Delpy, and Anna Farris.

Today the ‘Torricelumn Girls’ are slathering on the Biocollasis Eye Cream- it truly is a beauty savior after a big night! We were lucky enough to be invited to the uber-exclusive Karl Lagerfeld party held at Palm Beach. Mr. Lagerfeld hosted the party with the likes of Kylie Minogue in attendance also.
