As it turns out, I won't be getting all out pictures back from the Style Lounge until early next week. When were at the Cannes Film Festival the same situation arose, and a lot of you requested that we post anything we had in the meantime.

Style Lounge for the Golden Globes

I think I may be starting to sound redundant! I say this after every celebrity event- but truly, I think this was our best event ever. We just wrapped up the Style Lounge for the Golden Globes where we introduced the Elizabeth Grant line to the many celebrities getting ready to walk the red carpet. Celebrities such as Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Lauren Conrad, Brook Shields, the cast of 24, Heros, and Lost- will all walk with confidence knowing the skin will be picture perfect for this major awards show and the rest still to come this season!

Celebrities received the brand new Caviar Rejuvenating Ampoules by Elizabeth Grant. Other items we worked with included the Biocollasis Day Cream and Eye Cream. And of course, because Elizabeth Grant Skincare is famous for the Renewal Serums, we also had it in stock for both the men and women at the event.

If you look through the pictures, you will also notice that Lynn St Denis joined us for this incredible event. You may recognize her from on-air in Australia, the UK, and of course the USA. She was amazing and worked closely with a number of celebrities including Lisa Gastineau (who is looking to change her entire skincare regime to Elizabeth Grant!) and Brooke Shields. Brook told us that after her pregnancy, her skin is in need of some major rejuvenation. She was eager to learn about the Caviar line and walked away with the Caviar set, serums, and Biocollasis.

The Elizabeth Grant set-up was gold, black, and pure class. Many celebrities admired the large black and white poster of Elizabeth from the 50's when she was starting the line in the UK. The set up really evoked a strong sense of that old Hollywood glamour.

Golden Globes Lounge Sneak Peak!

Happy New Year! It's hard to believe that it's already January 2007. And you know what that means... Awards Season is just around the corner! With so many great shows and films nominated for the Golden Globes, you just never know which talented actors are going to be stopping by the gift lounge this year. Elizabeth Grant Skincare is headed to Hollywood next week to help pamper and prepare the stars for the red carpet. I can't tell you too much yet about the exciting events EG will be at, but I can share a few pictures.

The pre-event is being held at this amazing home in the Hollywood Hills. Nominated actors will be whisked up to the home by limos to indulge in Elizabeth Grant Skincare and other special treats. As always- check back here for updates on the stars and their favourite skincare!

At the airport a couple of days ago, I spotted a copy of my favourite celebrity weekly- In Touch. I was ever so pleased when I found out that Madison and Mulhollond (celeb swag bag organizers extraordinarie) included Elizabeth Grant's Biocollasis in their gift ideas! Many thanks to Jane at Madison and Mulholland for doing such a great gift guide. If you pick-up a copy- you will also see that Elizabeth Grant's Biocollasis is now also available at Celebrity Goodies . Celebrity Goodies is a very cool site that shows all the hard to find swag that celebrities are scoring at A-list events and awards shows.

Airplane Approved Beauty for the Holidays

With all the recent changes to airport security over the last few months, it can certainly leave the beauty obsessed a little confused. The rules were ever changing up until a few months ago, but it seems the TSA has now settled on what exactly is allowed in your carry on. The basics? You can bring on liquids and gels in containers under 3 ounces as long as they all fit in a 7.5 x 8 Ziploc. A few weeks ago at Pearson they were still handing out the Ziplocs for passengers, but now with the holiday season upon us- don't count on it. Instead- make things easier at security with this clear Chanel bag. As was so brilliantly pointed out in Vogue last month, it's perfect for all your carry on products.
